Safety at work is a priority across the Europe. For protection of personnel against falling off of buildings at high-rise building work there are certified security nets. They meet the relevant standards (EN1263-1)

Safety netting can be supplemented with monofilament netting or PE cover tarp to avoid small objects or pieces of building material. When anchoring the netting, the necessary rules need to be followed - the distance of the anchor points not more than 2.5m apart - each element must be set at least to 6kN (ropes, snap hooks, stitches, straps, ratchet spanners, etc.).
There are also used so-called trafficable tarps (as a replacement for the work platform). This netting must have a 45x45mm stitch size and a rope with 12mm - 30kN diameter. Traverse tension straps are installed 2 x 2 m apart.
